These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website and purchasing an item on our website, confirms your acceptance of these terms.

1.1 Website access

It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible if you have registered.

1.2 Terms of sale

1.2.1 All the products listed on this website are based on the made to order sales basis.  Meaning each item needs to be manufactured and shipped to you. Hence up to 8 weeks is required for an order to be manufactured and prepared for shipping. Majority of our orders are fulfilled within 3 weeks but by purchasing an item on our website, you agree with the up to 8 weeks terms.

1.2.2 Due to Brexit, our manufacturing workshop is no longer located in the UK since January 2021, this was decided by the company owner and the managements to enable us continue providing our customers the quality products and services we have always been proud of. This however, means our UK customers need to wait longer for their item to be delivered to them and we no longer guarantee receiving the items without import tax and duty.

1.3 Cancellations

Cancellations are only acceptable when we are informed within 24 hours from the moment the item is purchased and paid for. When an order is cancelled, our bank and card payment processing system will charge us a cancellation fee. To cover the fees any sales and cancellations occurs, we will charge our customers 2% cancellation fee.

1.4 Returns

We do not accept returns for damaged goods when an insured shipping hasn’t been paid for by the customer, if you chose an insured shipping, before signing for a delivery you must check inside the package and make sure the item received is in good order. If you received an item damaged, sign for it as “received damaged” so we have a proof the couriers have delivered the item damaged to you, then kindly inform us straightaway so we can arrange for return and replacement where appropriate.

Due to the nature of the body kit and the products we sell and the fact they are made to order, meaning each item is made specifically to the customer’s requirement, we do not accept returns if the customer isn’t capable of fitting the products, realises the part was purchased in mistake or not suitable or compatible with his/her car.

1.5 Refunds

We guarantee your satisfaction with our 100% money back guarantee if the item you received is not as described or defected in any ways.
Our refund and satisfaction guarantee, however, does not apply to “Made To Order” items due to the nature of these products, we make and supply these items according to your chosen material and finishing options available to you, therefore if an item ordered by mistake or when items purchased are no longer desired, we are not able to offer refund.

All of our body kits go through extremely accurate test fitting procedure at the moulding stage to make sure they have the best possible fitting quality before we advertise, manufacture and sell them online, If an item doesn’t fit, it simply won’t be advertised on our website. Hence, we do not accept refunds based on claims that our products don’t fit.

All photos we showcase for each of the products are of the same items as well as photos showing the same item fitted on customers’ cars, this testifies our products will fit perfectly fine.

You’re advised to only use a professional body kit fitter to fit our products, not a car body repair shop (accident repair garages), Mechanic garages or a handy man even an engineer!

We do not accept any clients attempting to fit our products themselves and claiming it doesn’t fit. Hence, we offer fitting your kit for you for a fee.

1.6 Delivery

We are still offering free standard shipping to selected worldwide destinations.

Due to the Covid Pandemic and Brexit, shipping services have changed dramatically,  affecting the turnaround time and the costs of our products, for oversized products such as our bodykits, shipping prices gone up by as much as 7 times, this unfortunately is reflected in our prices and the turnaround time is now much longer than before.

Timeframe for shipping also gone up from 1 week to 4-12 weeks depending on the method of shipping you require, so please pay attention to the timeframe needed for an order to be delivered.

Our free standard shipping depends on the time of the year and the availabilities of resources we have for shipping to your country, it is usually by air and door to door using companies such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS and any available air express shipping method we can use but sometimes this isn’t possible and we have to ship by sea freight and in many countries, is still delivered to your door, sometimes we can only send your parcel to the nearest airport or seaport to you. However if you would like a faster shipping method, Please enquire about that beforehand.

Unfortunately due to strict customs and clearance system in some countries such as majority of Southern America, Africa and some countries in Asia/Middle East, we are unable to offer Shipping and if a customer from these countries purchased an item, must agree that we aren’t held responsible for any delays, hold or even returns caused.
